At the ITHQ, excellence in training goes hand in hand with the desire to commit to creating a more equal and responsible society.

The ITHQ supports the mission of La Tabl\u00e9e des chefs<\/a>, the Maison du P\u00e8re<\/a> and Cuisiniers sans fronti\u00e8res<\/a>, 3 community organizations that provide meals to the underprivileged, reduce food waste and encourage the development of culinary skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of edible goods are donated annually to the Maison du P\u00e8re<\/p>
